Our Assembly Policy
We stand behind all of the work that we do and will work diligently to make sure the experience of hiring KRP Assembly is a positive one from start to finish.
Items to be assembled should be placed in the room or area where they are to be assembled before our arrival. This helps us work efficiently and ensures your furniture ends up exactly where you want it.
KRP Assembly does not take empty boxes off property. We will, however, neatly stack and organize all packaging materials wherever you prefer them to be placed.
KRP Assembly strives to give our customers the best possible experience, but concealed shipping damage does happen. When pieces are damaged, we will order the replacement parts and have them shipped to you. We will then return to complete assembly or replace the damaged parts at no additional labor cost.
Our labor warranty policy is 60 days from the original assembly date. That being said, we always let our customers know that they can call us at any time and we will do our best to fix and resolve any issues that may arise.

- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.
- Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
- We are not responsible for defects in materials or manufacturing issues.
- Additional charges may apply for services not included in the original quote.
